Disk Defrag (Written Tutorial)


Disk Defragment: – Running this Operation will Re-Allocate File Structures. In turn this Method is set to Speed up ones Computer. These Instructions are for Windows 7 Operating System. However some are the same for Newer, Windows Operating Systems; as well as Old Operating Systems.

Here are a few ways to Find Disk Defragment,

  1. Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools; Disk Defragmenter.

  2. Start, Run Command Type Defrag, Click Defrag; or Defragmenter.

  3. Start, Computer, Right Click Local C: Go to Properties, Click Tools Tab; Go to Defragment now.

  4. Start, Computer, Local C:, Windows, System 32 Folder; Click to open Defrag.exe.
